Postage & Packaging
All DosDos Design A3 & A2 prints are shipped in a strong tube for maximum protection. A4 & A5 prints will be shipped in a rigid-backed envelope.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-4 working days and will inform you of any unexpected delays. We offer free Royal Mail 2nd Class shipping on all UK orders.

Paper & Print Quality
Our prints come in at least one of four sizes A5, A4, A3 and A2.

Wedding stationery and occasional card sizes will vary.

Our prints have been professionally printed on quality heavyweight paper with a lovely smooth finish.

Cancellations
We aim to dispatch our orders very quickly to ensure the fastest delivery for our customers, so we cannot guarantee cancellations will be accepted. If you would like to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as quickly as possible and if the orders are still waiting to be dispatched then we will let you know if we can process a refund. If the order has already been dispatched then unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. This includes shipping address changes, auto-fill setting issues or incomplete addresses.

Returns
Due to our prints' delicacy and exceptionally high standards of what we consider a sellable print, we cannot, under any circumstance, offer a refund or exchange. This is because prints often arrive back to DosDos Design HQ damaged due to inadequate packing. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order or it arrived damaged in transit, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss it here.
