The first step is to find out what your dream stationery looks like. You can browse through Pinterest and create a mood board with ideas that can set the vibe of your overall wedding. You might like one of our semi-bespoke designs and would like to add a few details to make it your own.
Together with ideas of card stock, printing methods, colour themes etc., you can slowly narrow down what your dream stationery should look like.

It allows better see the type of paper, printing methods, colour themes etc. Once you have had a browse through collections and have an idea of the direction you would like to go in, feel free to email us with any questions or in person - if you are local - to discuss your requirements, or book a 30-minute telephone consultation HERE.

If you would like to proceed with your semi-custom or bespoke order, we will ask for a 25% deposit to secure your booking. For this we will need your billing information (full name, full address), and then we will send you an invoice. After we receive your payment and have received your relevant information. We will then begin the digital design process.
We will get back to you as soon as the proof is ready, for revision. Please allow us about 5-7 business days for this step.
The design proof will be sent by email as PDFs and you will be asked to check and approve all of the stationery design, making sure the layout, information (including wording and spelling) is exactly how you wish. We are more than happy to make adjustments at this stage. Only once you are happy with and confirmed the designs then will they be sent to print.

Upon receipt of the proof approval, we will move forward with the print production of your stationery order. Any outstanding payment will be invoiced before printing and your beautiful stationery will be printed and delivered to your door. We only work with printers who are passionate about their craft to ensure your stationery is of the highest quality.
Please allow 7-10 business days from approval for digital print orders & shipping.
For letterpress or foil, please allow 15-20 business days & shipping.
After printing, we check every piece for quality. We then add final touches, this might include assembling the suite, adding ribbons & wax seals for wedding invitations. Your stationery gets beautifully packaged with love before we send it off your way!
Once your order is nearing completion, we will let you know when to expect delivery and update you with tracking details once we have passed over to our couriers.
